Consumer rights
The consumer has the right to change his mind and cancel the purchase within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered.
If a defect appears on the purchased product, the product does not work, breaks down, etc., the consumer has the right to advertise the purchased goods, within the period indicated on the accompanying document, from the day the goods were delivered to him, based on the seller's legal responsibility for the conformity of the sold goods. If he received a warranty for the purchased product, the consumer has the right to advertise the goods during the warranty period;
The consumer has the right to terminate the contract if the trader does not deliver the goods within the agreed period, and the consumer has informed the trader that delivery on a certain day is essential for him. In case of termination of the contract, the merchant is obliged to immediately, and no later than within five working days from the date of termination of the contract, return to the consumer all the amount paid under the contract.
